Our website operates through our Paypal account and accepts almost any tipe of Payment such as, Visa, Mastercard, The discover Card, and check or money orders. You must be at least 16 years or older to purchase our products online. All of our prices are in Canadian funds, shipping and Canadian Federal and Provincial sales taxes will be applied to the final bill.

When Ordering Online:

Ordering online is the safest way to order for several reasons. The item you choose will be accurate and will be added to a shopping cart. You can add or delete the items as you see fit or proceed to the checkout. Just follow the easy online instructions.

If you are not an existing Paypal customer you can set-up an account, just enter your email address and choose a password. Paypal will allow you to make all the changes to your profile easily and instantly.

inquiring By Phone:

Our warehouse hours are Monday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can call between these hours to inquire about an order with Patrick Penning, one of the company’s owners. After office hours, the phones will roll over to voice mail. Please leave us a message we will get back with you the next business day. If you are calling to inquire about an order please leave us all of your contact information and any special instructions. Please speak clearly and slowly so we can take down all of the information correctly. We can answer call in French or English only.

Required By Dates:

Some of our items are considered special order items and are not regularly carried in stock or we have minimums items on hand. If you need a specific item or items for a special event or a specific date please advise us in writing in the special instruction box. If we cannot get the order to you buy your need by date, we will call you as soon as possible to let you know. If you do not put anything in the special instruction area it will be treated as a regular order! Always plan ahead, and order way before your due date! Sometimes items are on backorder or they just take a couple of weeks more to get in stock. Please allow time for shipping. You will be advised if your item is not in stock

Backorders and Inventory:

We carry over 300 items in stock that can be purchased through our website and deal with suppliers from around the world. When items are backorder this means we do not have this particular item in stock at this particular moment. You have the choice to wait for it to come in from our suppliers or you may cancel the backorder. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences caused by these delays. If the item has been in Backorder for over a month we will call you to make sure you still want this product.

We do try to notify everyone by email if an item is on backorder when we find out about it. Also, if you have an item on backorder for over two months, we will call or email to make sure you still want this product.

International Orders:

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: We are happy to ship to our International customers. We ship to The United States and Europe only. We take International orders through the web site. PayPal will charge the appropriate amount for shipping. Expect larger shipping amounts for Shields, staffs and lances and bows due to their size.

You are responsible for knowing your local law and knowing if what you are importing is legal. You are also responsible for any additional taxes or customs and import fees that your country may charge you. You can simply call your country's customs department and ask if what you are ordering is legal and based on its value what they may tax you.

We accept payment by PayPal only! It is the safest way to order for you the client.

Return Policy:

You may return any item as long as it is within 30 Days of when you received it. You must call our office at 514-777-4334 to receive your Refund Authorization Number. If we receive a return without an RA Number on the outside of the box, it will be

Bestarius Latex Weapons will not take back any used weapons, armour, clothing or accessories unless it has a manufacturers defect.

Orders are not returnable unless they are defective and have not been used. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis and will only result in replacement. All manufacturer defects are guaranteed.

Once we receive your authorized return confirmation number, you can either swap the items you are returning or just demand a refund. If you are not doing an exchange, there will a 20% restocking fee. If you are exchanging an item then the total amount of the returned merchandise of items can be applied to anything on our website. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. There will be an additional shipping fee on all exchanges.

If we shipped you the wrong item you may return it to us and we will ship you the correct item and give you and pay you for the shipping.

Please return your items in their original packaging or how they were sent to you. We do not intend to send you defective and damaged products so please do not return them that way.
